How to Raise a Complaint with Oralsimple Pest Control
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Oralsimple Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Oralsimple Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Oralsimple Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@oralsimple.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We send you an email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Once we finish, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to take a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
